As part of one of my assignments I have to create a blog in which I take photographs everyday. The photographs that I take are entirely up to me and the way I approach "Everyday photography" is also up to me. Throughout the time where I take the photographs, I will sometimes be given a theme of what I have to take. Within the blog, I will also show different type of sources in which I am inspired by.

Day 27 - 25/2/12
- When walking around, the sofa next to the bin caught my eye. I found it quite amusing the way the chair has been carefully left there like there would be someone sitting on it.

Day 20 - 18/2/12
- Waiting for a bus in the freezing cold outside a pub. Instead of getting a picture of the actual pub, I wanted to get a photograph of the sign of the pub and the rest of the street.
Day 19 - 17/2/12
- A very rainy day! I wanted to capture the reflection from the rain and also a bit of the sun within the reflection.
Day 18 - 16/2/12
- Lots of work in the mac today!
I wanted to capture the lights from the keyboard to add an effect to the photograph as a whole.

Day 14 - 12/2/12
- Memories to what I would eat as a child!
I wanted to focus on both items and have a wide depth of field on them too.

William Eggleston
This is the work from William Eggleston from the collection of "Los Alamos". I like the variety of photography that Eggleston produces that covers the 'everyday photography'.
Day 13 - 11/2/12
- So this is a memory that the majority of people may have but it was in particular of a friend which he had the game in his friend at uni. He said that it brought back memories as being a child where he played it all the time.
I wanted to capture the game in an interesting angle getting a wide depth of field with the bright colours.

Day 12 - 10/2/12
- This is a Swarovski bracelet that means a lot and brings memories to a friend. She received the bracelet from her sister for her 16th birthday.
To take this photograph I used a flash in order to bring out the colours from the bracelet and also the shine.
Day 11 - 9/2/12
- I asked a friend about a something she was given that gave her memories that was close to her and she showed me this teddy which she received for her birthday when she was younger.
I decided to not edit this photograph in any way because I wanted to show the different colours within the photograph and also the patterns.

Day 10 - 8/2/12
- I asked my flat mate one way she keeps memories and she replied with having photo albums and a book in where her friends gave her as her 18th birthday present, where all of them wrote her a message about a memory they shared together.
Day 9 - 7/2/12
- This is a photograph of my board in my room where I had a bunch of photographs that mean something to me. I have also kept notes and accessories that all have a story behind it.
I also changed the photograph to black and white.

Day 8 - 6/2/12
- So when thinking about how I would start this theme, I realised I had a memory in front of me. A photograph in a frame of me and my sister when we were little kids.
I decided to manipulate the photograph by changing it to black and white to have the main focus on the photograph rather than the colours.

New Theme! - "Memory"!
So I was assigned a new theme which is now "memory". I decided with this theme I wanted to show ways in which someone may store a memory they have cherished or something that means a lot to them.

Day 6 - 4/2/12
- Too cold to go outside, very icy!
Experimenting with the angle and depth of field, I wanted to show the low temperature in one frame.
Day 5 - 3/2/12
- Laundry day!
Playing around with the angle, I wanted to show the laundrette without being inside the room.

Day 3 - 1/2/12
- First day of nice weather for a while.
I wanted to be able to show the nice weather during sunset so I can show the variety of colours taking into consideration the composition.
Day 2 - 31/1/12
- Whiskey & rum, ready for the night out!
With the drinks that I took, I wanted to show a dramatic look of the bottle therefore I wanted to have a dramatic lighting with an angle showing the bottles but without exposing the whole bottle.
Day 1 - 30/1/12
- When walking around, the orange peel attracted me by colour.
For the first week I have decided to take photographs of something that has happened during my day or that has been involved throughout my day.
